PIA inhibits and stops the redistribution of concrete moisture in slab-on-grade and elevaed deck applications. Effectively, eliminating the main source and/or cause of interior flooring adhesive failures.
PIA incorporates a project specific five-point quality control program that consist of (1)project warranty registration, (2) reviewing and approving all concrete mix designs that require PIA, (3) daily ASTM D-5084 onsite permeability testing, (4) photo verification of a ASTM E-1745 Vapor Retarder properly installed via ASTM E-1643, and (5) confirmation of positive “bond test” to enhance project specific warranty.
PIA encapsulates all of the sustainability and performance features cultivated through our Concrete Enhancement Technology® (CET) Research and Development Program.
PIA is recommended for inclusion in all buildings that are specified to have flooring systems adhered to concrete subfloors, projects with aggressive schedules, and projects with limited budgets for last minute change orders.
PIA Technology is 10-times less permeable (more effective) than MVRA Technology, and sodium silicate free.

CSXtreme for Waterproofing, Concrete Repair, and Infrastructure

CSXtreme is a Waterproofing Admixture classified as a Permeability Reducing Admixture for Hydrostatic Conditions (PRAH).
CSXtreme encapsulates all of the sustainability and performance features cultivated through our Concrete Enhancement Technology® (CET) Research and Development Program.
CSXtreme, which is specifically formulated for extreme exterior applications, is recommended for inclusion in all (1) foundations/ matt slabs, (2) tilt walls/exposed vertical concrete, (3) structural roof decks, (4) DOT roads and bridges, (5) parking structures, (6) pools-lagoons-reservoirs, (7) seawalls-levees-floodwalls, (8) warehouses, and (9) tunnels.
CSXtreme includes a bond warranty for architectural, industrial, and special purpose hybrid coatings and sealers. Due to the bond warranty, CSXtreme provides a favorable adhering substrate for (1) water treatment plants, (2) containment structures, (3) split slabs, (4) green roofing systems, and (5) surfaces that will receive hot rubberized asphalt or specialty cold applied coating systems. CSXtreme dosed concrete accepts coatings and sealers 7-days after concrete placement, essentially accelerating the project schedule.
CSX contains an Anti-Microbial Agent that inhibits the growth of microorganisms.
